About Us

Charles Kirchan, owner, is a Washington state licensed journeyman PLO1 plumber (KIRCHCL804Q5) with extensive training and work experience in commercial and residential plumbing. His experience and training were obtained on the job over the course of a twenty-two (22) year career working as a certified apprentice and as a journeyman plumber on a wide variety of large commercial and residential construction projects.

Charles made the decision to start his own plumbing business after working for plumbing companies with chronically poor standards and all too frequent disregard for the required minimal plumbing code standards. Charles recognizes the need for affordable, reliable, trustworthy plumbing services in the Puget Sound region.  Providing reasonably priced, expert, timely service with attention to detail is first and foremost.  Home improvement and remodeling have become the most affordable options for homeowners as the cost of purchasing new homes and condos remain out of reach of many consumers.  A home is a major investment and warrants care and maintenance.

Charles experiences and skills include reading, understanding and interpreting the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), approved building plans, blueprints and correction notices. Charles has trained, supervised, mentored, evaluated, making work assignments for apprentice plumbers including instruction of plumbing techniques and UPC requirements and correcting the work of apprentice plumbers and trainees. His entire career required multitasking and successfully meeting deadlines while working under pressure in challenging, fast-paced construction environments.  All of his duties and responsibilities require attention to detail and the highest degree of accuracy, working with general contractors, superintendents and foremen in chaotic construction sites.  These skills and lengthy experiences have directly contributed to Charles success as a licensed journeyman plumber and supervisor.
